The most important dates are listed below. Be sure to mark them in your agenda.
15 November 2014: Extended abstract submission

Abstract submission closed
A two- to three-page summary is highly recommended for abstracts (one-page summaries will not be accepted).
The given templates should be used with respect to the guidelines in effect. Templates can be downloaded below.
1 January 2015: Notification of acceptance
All abstract acceptance notifications have been sent.
15 March 2015: Full paper submission
Your full paper contribution can be uploaded until March 15 at the latest. Corresponding authors of accepted papers have already received a link to the full paper submission website by e-mail. Please carefully read the instructions below before proceeding.
In order to comply to IEEE guidelines, your paper should satisfy the following requirements:
• the paper must not exceed the 6 page limit
• the layout of the PDF file follows the IEEE PowerTech 2015 conference template
• the PDF has passed the compatibility check with IEEE PDF eXpress (conference ID: 33792XP)
After notification of final acceptance of the full paper the authors will be provided with instructions on transferring the copyright of their paper to IEEE. This is required in order to include your contribution to the PowerTech conference proceedings.
15 April 2015: Final acceptance of full papers
All acceptance notifications have been sent!
29 June - 2 July 2015: PowerTech Conference

Paper Award
Student participation in PowerTech is an important ingredient toward the event’s success, therefore the Basil Papadias Award is presented to the author of the best student paper.
Please select the appropriate box in the submission system if you want the paper to be considered for the Basil Papadias Student Paper Award.
Eligibility criteria for the award:
(a) The first author of the paper must be an undergraduate or post-graduate (PhD) student,
(b) Presentation of the paper at the conference by the student.
